The norwegian mountains are arguably some of the wildest mountains on our planet. The Innerdalen valley is easily reached and the climbing is superb. Wild approaches crossing beautiful mountain meadows. Best quality, solid granite. Great climbing and wonderful views on the surrounding mountains. And last but not least complete solitude and not a single other party anywhere on the mountain.
Skarfjellet is a mountain that offers a dozen routes in all difficulties. We opted for Sørøsthjørnet to train some leading techniques on traditional gear. This route climbs a beautiful pillar to the south summit of the mountain.
